Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: November 11, 2024

We recognize that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our clients with a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations, transfers, and refunds for our training services.


1. Course Registrations

  • Standard Courses: Cancellations or transfers made more than 15 days before the course start date will incur no penalty. For cancellations or transfers made within 15 days of the start date, a fee equal to 50% of the course tuition will be charged.

  • Premium Courses: Due to the inclusion of specialized resources, cancellations or transfers made more than 30 days before the course start date will incur no penalty. For cancellations or transfers made within 30 days of the start date, a fee equal to 100% of the course tuition will be applied.


2. On-Site Training

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling: If a client cancels or reschedules an on-site training event less than 16 days before the scheduled start, a cancellation fee of 50% of the event fee will apply. If the event is rescheduled to occur within 90 days of the original date, the cancellation fee is reduced to 25%.

3. Substitutions

  • Participant Substitution: We welcome the enrollment of a qualified substitute in place of an original enrollee, provided we are notified in writing prior to the start of the course. Certain courses may exclude substitutions due to certification requirements.

4. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified timeframes above. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation notice.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Some fees, such as those for digital materials or on-demand courses, are non-refundable once access has been provided.


5. Special Programs

  • Training Passports and Vouchers: These products are non-transferable and must be used within their expiration dates. Cancellations or transfers will not extend the validity period of these items.

6. Force Majeure

Ford Rose Limited is not liable for any cancellations or rescheduling due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule the affected training sessions.
